I started this journey 3 months post partum in an effort to improve my nutrition. I was 262 lbs at the time my highest weight ever. My first attempt to diet was at the age of 11 and I tried dozens of attempts thereafter. It took me 18 months to lose the 100 lbs and my life transformed completely.
