I started SF on Feb 2, 2014 after being invited to a support group from a childhood friend. I never imagined how it would change my life for the better! I’ve lost 45 pounds and dropped close to 4 sizes in jeans. I really never kept track of my inches because in my opinion, you never do get an accurate measurement. I just know that in my case, less is better!! When asked what my goal was, I said I wasn’t going to set a goal. I will just keep doing what I am doing and be happy with my new life. I can honestly tell everyone that my life has changed for the better. In April I was taken off ulcer medication and in September my doctor told me I no longer needed my blood pressure medicine. He is very pleased with my new life and told me to keep up the good work. As far as exercise goes, I don’t go crazy. I just get up and move a few days a week. I try to ride my recumbent bike every night and I will walk a bit on my treadmill. I also use hand weights a couple times a week. The main thing that has helped me on my journey is Skinny Fiber. It has curbed my appetite and cravings. It has also given me so much energy that it surprises me sometimes. I cut back on the portion size of my meals and have cut out a lot of carbs and sugars, but if I want to eat those things I do, just in moderation. I eat 3 meals a day and 1-2 snacks. I also drink on average 80 oz of water a day. That helps the SF work in your system and it also flushes your body of the toxins. Many people, including myself, have always been looking for that “magic pill”. For the record, Skinny Fiber is NOT a magic pill, but it is something that will help you in your journey to a new lifestyle. Don’t put it off any longer, take that step like I did. I couldn’t be happier and I know you won’t regret it.
